Once you approve, we hold provisional bookings for hotels, flights, and permits. Confirmation is secured upon receiving a minimal deposit. We understand the need for cash flow flexibility. Our standard terms are:

• Deposit: 20–30% of the package cost at confirmation to secure all logistics.
• Balance: 10 days prior to arrival, or as mutually agreed for last-minute bookings.
• Cancellation: Sliding scale based on days before arrival, ranging from minimal administrative charges up to 30 days out, to tiered retention closer to the date. We also offer force majeure-friendly rescheduling. Detailed terms are outlined in our partner agreement, and we are open to tailoring policies for long-term partners.
